A plain-language summary of current behaviour, not a finished legal agreement.

Only Prayers AI™ is owned and operated by Zeltericks LLC (United States). Zeltericks LLC is the legal operator of the service and the merchant of record for memberships and other purchases. "Only Prayers AI" is the customer-facing brand; nothing in these terms changes that relationship.

The prayer companion is an AI. It is not ordained, not conscious, and cannot perform sacraments, deliverance or exorcism.

It does not promise healing, protection, prosperity, debt cancellation or any other outcome, and it will not treat mental illness as possession or advise anyone to stop treatment.

Emergency Prayer means urgent spiritual support. It does not dispatch emergency responders and cannot guarantee that a human will answer. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.

Availability depends on real service uptime and on our AI provider. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Membership & payments. Optional Premium memberships, when offered, are billed by Zeltericks LLC (United States) through its payment providers. Prices are shown in USD. Membership follows your Only Prayers AI account across platforms. No nonprofit, charitable, church or tax-exempt status is claimed.

Giving. If optional giving is opened in the future, contributions will be made to Zeltericks LLC as ministry support and will be accounted separately from memberships. Giving is always voluntary, never required to pray, and never purchases answered prayer, healing or favour. No tax-exempt status is claimed.

Scripture is quoted from the King James Version (public domain). Other traditions and collections are not yet included.
